Our story
A university built on purpose, named after a pioneer
Lakshmi Sahgal University draws its name and spirit from Capt. Dr. Lakshmi Sahgal — freedom fighter, physician and a lifelong advocate for service to society. That legacy shapes everything we do: rigorous academics, real-world skills and a sense of responsibility toward the community.
Spread across a modern NH-58 campus in Meerut, the university brings together undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and diploma programs across engineering, sciences, management, commerce, humanities and allied fields — all designed with strong industry alignment and a future-of-work mindset.
